Join Progressive as an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster, where you'll be the primary contact for customers, managing repair processes and negotiating with body shops. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in customer service while working independently within your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Complete vehicle inspections and write estimates
Negotiate repair process with body shops
Document information related to the claim
Evaluate and handle claim payments
Review and determine validity of any supplement requests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of four years of relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
OR Associate's degree and a minimum of three years relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
