Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals

Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Comfort with humane euthanasia decisions and procedures
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Master’s or PhD degree in animal Behavior or related discipline (if non-veterinarian)
DVM degree from AVMA accredited veterinary school (if veterinarian)
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in developing/overseeing research projects
Experience writing scientific publications
Low Stress Handling – Silver certified or can obtain certification
