Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in medical front office/Urgent Care position
  • Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
  • Knowledge of Medical terms
