Join One Medical as an Office Medical Director, leading a team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care while fostering a positive work environment. This role blends management and clinical responsibilities, allowing you to shape the future of primary care with a focus on excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of in-office providers across 2 offices
  • Ensure providers meet clinical standards and patient care needs
  • Support providers’ professional development
  • Provide direct patient care for a minimum of 28 hours per week
  • Collaborate with Office Manager to foster a positive office community
  • Manage communication with other teams
  • Oversee specific office management and HR functions
  • Manage a diverse patient panel
  • Conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in continuous learning and collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program or NP or PA program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting or completed a residency program in the last 5 years
  • Minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers
  • Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine
  • State licensed in Florida, obtained before start date

  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Commitment to developing others through coaching and feedback
