As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Accel Therapies, you'll lead the implementation of treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental needs. You'll work in a collaborative environment, ensuring quality care while managing your own schedule and contributing to impactful outcomes for families.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Supervise and train parents/caregivers
Implement treatment plans and track data
Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Support quality assurance and training functions
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
