Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize professional resources to deliver accurate information
Interact professionally with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
