Details:
Unit: 30 beds | Ratios 1:1–1:3
Staffing: ~15 RNs + 2 charge per shift (acuity-dependent)
Charting: Meditech
Equipment: Vents, CV drips, CRRT, IABP, Impella (not required for contracts)
Float: IMU
Requirements:
ICU experience with ventilators & cardiovascular drips
BLS, ACLS
Preferred:
Neuro experience
Procedures: Thoracentesis, arterial/central line placement
