Required Qualifications
One year of specialized experience at the next lower level for GL-9
One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade for GS-11
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Residency requirement of living in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
Must be referred before turning 40 (exceptions for federal or veteran law enforcement)
