Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics
Manage procurement processes and maintain budgets
Implement inventory control strategies
Coordinate with production teams to align inventory with forecasts

Motivate and develop a high-performing team

Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
18+ months of food production facility experience
6+ months of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
Proven track record of success in a leadership role in the food manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of ERP processes within a food manufacturing environment
Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss statements
Ability to work well with others and self-motivated
Ability to work a flexible schedule
