- o Beds: 28
- o Minimum Years of Experience required? 18 months Med/Tele RN exp
- o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred but will consider
- ● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- o Orthopedic surgery
- o Spine surgery
- o Trauma
- o Vascular Surgery
- o Medical Overflow
- ● Patient Ratios:
- o RN: 1:4-6; surge times could be 1:7-8
- ● Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- o BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Resource Team Requirement)
- ● Skills required:
- o General post-surgical skillset to include:
- ▪ Incision care, Assessment, Drains, Chest Tubes, Wound Care/Wound vacs, Mobility, Education, Trach Care, NG tube insertion, Use of braces/traction, etc.
