Key Responsibilities
Establish relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel
Understand products, market competition, and strategies
Manage displays, samples, and selling tools
Consult with dealers on pricing and promotions
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
Estimate delivery dates
Analyze sales reports for opportunities
Utilize marketing tools to promote products
Research and analyze customer needs
Resolve customer claims related to deliveries
Attend trade shows as required
Travel locally and occasionally nationally/internationally
Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Two plus years’ experience in channel distribution sales
Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience
Strong math skills for calculations
Effective customer solutions
Results-oriented
Intermediate computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and motivation to work toward targets
Good organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Resilience to deal with customer rejections
