Job Description

Join MSI as a Sales Representative for our flooring products, driving sales growth through strong customer relationships and product knowledge. This full-time role requires industry experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel
  • Understand products, market competition, and strategies
  • Manage displays, samples, and selling tools
  • Consult with dealers on pricing and promotions
  • Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
  • Estimate delivery dates
  • Analyze sales reports for opportunities
  • Utilize marketing tools to promote products
  • Research and analyze customer needs
  • Resolve customer claims related to deliveries
  • Attend trade shows as required
  • Travel locally and occasionally nationally/internationally
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two plus years’ experience in channel distribution sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience
  • Strong math skills for calculations
  • Effective customer solutions
  • Results-oriented
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and motivation to work toward targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Resilience to deal with customer rejections

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
