Key Responsibilities
Administer nursing care under the supervision of the Head Nurse
Conduct patient assessments and document nursing history
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Evaluate patient responses to nursing care
Supervise nonprofessional personnel and provide instruction
Participate in quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of TN or compact State RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of six months' recent experience as a professional nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
