Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives
Observe and report patient behavioral changes
Document all patient information on medical charts
Plan nursing care for patients
Consult with psychiatrists and other behavioral health staff
Administer and record reactions to psychotropic drugs
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform administrative assignments
Required Qualifications
BLS certification
CPI certification
1-2 years recent psychiatric nursing experience
