Summary

La Colombe aims to develop a proprietary system for product inventory, in-store execution, and sales efficiency. We seek a motivated Director of Product to lead the creation of a technology platform enabling end-to-end supply chain visibility and automation from production to shelf.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for execution reporting, ensuring effective communication with KDP.
Develop a proprietary reporting system across product availability, in-store execution, and field data collection.
Optimize tools, training, and reporting for shelf execution, resets, and cold storage.
Implement new technology to support field reporting, store routing, image recognition, auditing, and ordering APIs.
Collaborate with teams to align sales strategies and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Advise and coach the team on field execution strategies.
Maintain a strong field presence to ensure skill application and tool optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 10 years of analytical experience, preferably in CPG.
Proven project management and innovative problem-solving skills.
Strong networking and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
Organized with multitasking skills.
Passion for people management and development.
Willingness to travel.
