Join Fidelis Care as a Provider Engagement Account Manager to drive positive outcomes for 28 million members. This role focuses on building strong relationships with providers, enhancing care delivery through data-driven performance improvements, and supporting value-based care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain partnerships between health plan and contracted provider networks
Build client relations to enhance care delivery for members
Engage with providers to identify and implement performance improvements
Conduct regular in-person visits with physicians for support and performance discussions
Collaborate on value-based care initiatives
Use data analytics to track and monitor provider performance
Resolve provider-related issues and claims
Educate providers on policies and procedures
Manage network performance for assigned territory
Evaluate provider performance and develop strategic improvement plans
Travel locally up to four days a week
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Two years of managed care or medical group experience
Experience in provider relations, quality improvement, claims, contracting, utilization management, or clinical operations
Project management experience in a medical group, IPA, or health plan setting
Proficiency in HEDIS/Quality measures, cost and utilization
