The Licensed Practical Nursing Specialist provides nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care consistent with training and established standards. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills to support geriatric residents in long-term care settings. Licensure, IV certification, and CPR/AED certification are required to ensure quality and safe patient care.
