This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday 12:30p-4:30p and Friday 6:30a-10:30a

· Patients per day: 20-25

· Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic

· State Licensure: Wisconsin

· Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
