Registered Nurse – ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Albany, GA 31701
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Orientation: 16 hours

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join a high-acuity critical care team. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac ICU experience, including care of post-cath lab interventions, STEMI patients, and post-code cases. Must be confident in managing ventilators, drips, and complex critical care patients in a fast-paced acute setting.

Requirements
  • Active RN License (State license required to submit)
  • Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (ASLS acceptable)
  • BSN not required
  • Strong cardiac and critical care background
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critically ill patients with advanced monitoring and life-support equipment
  • Titrate drips, manage vents, and monitor hemodynamics
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation
  • Respond to rapid and emergency situations promptly
