This is an opportunity to influence the evolution of our platform while fostering innovation and collaboration across global engineering teams Architect and design integration patterns and flows across Alpha Platform, external vendors and customer solutions Collaborate with engineering, product, security teams, customers and external vendors Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade SLAs for performance, security, availability, and compliance (e.g., Participate in strategic planning, technical roadmap development, and system architecture reviews. Lead the modernization of legacy trading systems, migrating from monolithic architectures to modular, cloud-native services that improve scalability, latency, and fault tolerance. Lead transition from batch driven processes to real-time data streaming Leverage AI and machine learning tools to drive platform innovation, automate operations, and enhance developer productivity. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in an integration architecture role. Proven track record designing and architecting cloud native enterprise integration solutions Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java or C# Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and platforms (Apache Camel, Spring Integration / Cloud Stream, MuleSoft Anypoint, Boomi, WSO2) Deep understanding of cloud-native and system integration design patterns, with the ability to apply patterns to build scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud applications In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming such as Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Azure Event Hubs Strong experience with modern ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms, including: Talend, Apache NiFi and Airflow, Informatica, SSIS, Azure Data Factory Solid understanding of data security principles including encryption, key management, and secure design principles Extensive experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases Knowledge of data partitioning, clustering, and performance optimization techniques Hands-on expertise with modern cloud-based data warehouses, including Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics Strong understanding of application monitoring, observability, and alerting practices to ensure system reliability, performance, and rapid incident response Experience working on regulated financial systems, with knowledge of compliance and audit requirements (e.g., The Enterprise Integration Architect is a critical role in our organization, helping transition to a cloud-native SAAS solution operating at the highest standards of quality and performance.
