Key Responsibilities

Provide patient care in an 18-bed unit
Maintain a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
Conduct bedside shift reporting
Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET
Document care through Meditech
Float to other areas as needed

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in Med-Surg nursing
Ability to use Alaris and Pyxis equipment
Familiarity with Meditech documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Previous contract nursing experience
Strong patient communication skills
Ability to float to other medical-surgical areas
