Castle Rental .**Job Title:** Delivery and Installation Specialist**Reports To:** Store Manager**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt**Summary:** Responsible for the delivery, setup, service, and retrieval of products to and from customer's homes.**Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely.Investigates delivery location to ensure safety and proper delivery.Explains rental agreements and product features to customers.Retrieves products from customers who do not renew rental agreements.Documents transactions and processes payments.Uses equipment safely to transport products.Maintains knowledge of company policies and product completeness.
