Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license.
· Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care.
· Strong clinical assessment skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Compassionate demeanor and ability to support patients and families during difficult times.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home visits. Mileage reimbursement $.70 per mile.
· Current BLS Certification
· On-Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels. Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.
· Able to work holiday
· Hospicesoft/careficient EMR experience preferred
