Key Responsibilities
Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
Medication administration per physician orders
Following the plan of care
Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
Following all clinical and office policies
Required Qualifications
Current, active Florida LPN license
Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video
Preferred Qualifications
Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
Physical from within three years
PPD or Chest X-Ray
Valid driver's license
