Key Responsibilities
Maintain an orderly, efficient and timely flow of patients
Assist in the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients
Screen patients for appropriate information
Instruct patients and family regarding medications and treatment instructions
Maintain current knowledge to assure a safe working environment
Utilize universal precautions in any potential contact with patient body fluids
Required Qualifications
Two to four years of experience in the field
Certification and registration as required by state regulations
Preferred Qualifications
CPR certification
CRT-State Certified Respiratory Therapist
NBRC-RRT Registered Respiratory Therapist
RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
