Job Description
As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you'll take on end-to-end responsibilities in tech advisory and delivery, helping clients navigate complex digital transformations. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to develop strategies and implement innovative tech solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end responsibility for individual modules in client engagements
Develop specialized knowledge to solve clients' problems
Create strategies for change and collaborate with clients and BCG team members
Support digital transformation efforts and develop digital strategies
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, System Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or relevant field
4+ years of practical experience in IT consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills on IT topics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work creatively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
