Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers
Greets patients and manages wait time
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification
Collect co-payments and deductibles
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and correspondence
Ensure cleanliness in the waiting room
Collaborate with back-office staff for smooth patient flow
Resolve service issues and assist colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of medical office experience
Intermediate level of proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of business office operations and basic bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Working knowledge of ECW
Bilingual English and Spanish
