Physical Therapist Role $2,585 per week

Medadventures is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and provide top-tier rehabilitative care. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PT in MA

• Experience in SNF or geriatrics preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
