Join Charter Aarrowcast as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to shape the future of manufacturing. You'll drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development while collaborating with key business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored strategies to increase retention and boost employee satisfaction
Align talent strategies with business needs
Cultivate a culture of trust and high performance
Facilitate talent reviews and action plans
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver a seamless employee experience
Use data and KPIs to inform business and people strategies
Guide teams through transformation and change
Maintain HR best practices and ensure policy compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience supporting leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Experience with succession planning, engagement initiatives, and talent development
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Master’s degree in HR or MBA
PHR/SPHR certification
Familiarity with Workday HRIS
Previous experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence
