Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored strategies to increase retention and boost employee satisfaction
  • Align talent strategies with business needs
  • Cultivate a culture of trust and high performance
  • Facilitate talent reviews and action plans
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Use data and KPIs to inform business and people strategies
  • Guide teams through transformation and change
  • Maintain HR best practices and ensure policy compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven experience supporting leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience with succession planning, engagement initiatives, and talent development
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Master’s degree in HR or MBA
  • PHR/SPHR certification
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS
  • Previous experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence
