Key Responsibilities
Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Continually assess and revise care plans
Educate and instruct clients and family members
Document observations and interventions accurately
Required Qualifications
Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
