Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, where you'll oversee Civil and Construction projects with a focus on quality and safety. This role requires significant travel and offers competitive compensation along with robust benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in construction estimating software
Proficiency in scheduling software
Knowledge of civil engineering design, construction methods, and industry standards
Experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating contract changes
