Key Responsibilities
Develop and train team members, ensuring proper training and performance improvement plans
Supervise day-to-day duties and activities of the team
Advise senior management of operational issues and risks
Lead and manage operational duties and strategy for the site
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
Manage the timely execution and delivery of operational duties
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience within process or manufacturing-specific teams
3 years of direct people management experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of process management training and coaching experience
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
