Job Description
Join Church & Dwight as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations and be a pivotal leader driving sales strategies for growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
Oversee the sales operations team and ensure alignment with business goals
Lead the Shopper Marketing function and create impactful digital promotions
Manage the Commercial Innovation team and identify revenue-generating opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Manage the overall sales SG&A operations forecasting and budget process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales strategy and operations
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
