Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in corrections, SNF, or rehabilitation preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
