Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and activities of daily living
Provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws
Evaluate the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs
Consult with the physician to develop the therapy plan of care
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy licensure in NJ
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
