Key Responsibilities
Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
Use specialized X-ray equipment to take images of breast tissue
Work with radiologists to interpret results
Help detect breast cancers early to improve chances of successful treatment and survival
Required Qualifications
Current State License or Certificate in state of work
One (1) year of experience as a Mammography Technician preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
