Infinigen Renewables is a Puerto Rico based, ArcLight Capital backed platform, focused on utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects. The platform includes a dedicated operating and asset management team positioned to develop, build and operate renewable opportunities in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team of professionals. The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of utility-scale solar and BESS projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Duties/Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project and company goals and requirements
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, foundation work, structural, mechanical installation, electrical installation, commissioning, and project close out.
Ensure that all project phases are executed on time and within budget.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts between engineering, construction, and procurement including vendors and contractors.
Communicate project expectations and updates to stakeholders.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Ensure adherence to codes, project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Contribute to the development of company safety and quality procedures and policies
Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to address challenges.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
Proven track record in project planning, execution, and risk management.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on solar and BESS projects.
