Job Description
As a Plasma Center Technician at Biolife Plasma Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring donor safety and comfort while collecting life-changing plasma. Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, and occasionally up to 32 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
