Performs diagnostic imaging examinations ensuring quality images Ensures accurate patient positioning during procedures Implements radiation safety guidelines Navigates the electronic medical record (EMR) system Performs mobile imaging and EKG procedures Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) if working in North Dakota Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment Registry eligible candidates obtaining ARRT within six months of hire Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required for some clinic locations Driver's license may be required, dependent upon department Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Generous time off package
