Job Description

Join TEKsystems as a Customer Service Representative and provide expert support for ADP products. Utilize your skills to resolve customer issues and assist independent business owners, all while gaining opportunities for growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products
  • Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers
  • Resolve issues and assist in the use of ADP products and systems
  • Follow up and follow through on new projects, requests, and cases
  • Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem and generate solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates
  • Meet department standards and metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare industry
  • Experience with a high volume of email correspondence
  • Strong service mentality
  • Understanding of employee benefit enrollment
  • Ability to multitask and manage client service efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the benefit enrollment process
  • Experience in customer service environments, such as waiting tables or enterprise settings
