Key Responsibilities

  • Complete set processes and protocols
  • Support care team and deliver excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and verify visit types
  • Ensure smooth patient flow with back-office staff
  • Resolve service issues and complaints

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of healthcare or customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • Independent means of transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a health care setting
  • Experience with insurance programs and managed care principles
  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Medical office setting experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
