Key Responsibilities
Complete set processes and protocols
Support care team and deliver excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and verify visit types
Ensure smooth patient flow with back-office staff
Resolve service issues and complaints
Required Qualifications
1+ years of healthcare or customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
Independent means of transportation
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a health care setting
Experience with insurance programs and managed care principles
Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
Experience with electronic health records
Medical office setting experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual in Spanish/English
