Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Obtain and record vital signs
Support residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Assist with food preparation and dining experiences
Maintain cleanliness of living areas
Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
High school graduate or GED preferred
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Satisfactory completion of yearly department-specific competency testing
Maintaining continuing education credits
Certification as an Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) where applicable
