Key Responsibilities
Conduct adult/geriatric assessments
Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing
Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with Primary Care Physician on patient education
Provide services at the member’s place of residence
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree or commensurate experience
Current NP licensure in state of practice
AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification
Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
Valid state driver's license
Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of NP experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
