Key Responsibilities
Obtain and accurately record patient’s vital signs
Document components of patient’s history
Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff
Participate in in-office procedures under supervision
Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing
Perform venipuncture for lab testing
Conduct prescription call-backs per scope of practice
Prepare patient’s chart with pertinent clinical information
Maintain inventory of supplies and keep examination rooms stocked
Adhere to regulatory compliance issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire
