Join Health Connect America as an Independent Contractor in Therapy Services, where you'll provide high-quality therapeutic care to clients. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Document client interactions and treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
Engage in community outreach to promote services
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families
Eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Must secure supervision and be in pursuit of licensure
Must live within 100 miles of the reporting office
