What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-quality physical therapy services in a SNF setting
• Collaborate with a compassionate team to enhance patient outcomes
• Document care efficiently using NetHealth / PointClickCare
• Follow the established schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility to include weekend shifts if desired
• Bring your expertise to a facility that values your skills and dedication

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience, preferably in a SNF environment
• Montana PT license
• Proficiency with documentation in NetHealth or PointClickCare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and workflows

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with PDPM and Section GG assessments
• Familiarity with EMR systems and outpatient therapy practices
• Additional certifications or specialized training in geriatric care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant SNF experience (will consider candidates with less, given the right skills)

Other Requirements:

• Certification through NBCOT and Montana license
• No on-call or callback duties required
• Housing assistance not provided; the facility team can offer guidance if needed
• Orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into your role
