Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
Assist with performance management and deliver disciplinary action for employees
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Provide training to support the learning and development team
Establish relationships with functional department teams for staffing and strategic workforce planning
Energize employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
