Job Description
Join Staples as an Inside Sales Representative and leverage your sales experience to build partnerships and drive growth for Quill. Collaborate with various stakeholders, manage marketing initiatives, and support contract associations while enjoying a flexible and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
Partner with marketing channels to spread awareness of Quill offerings
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract support
Train and facilitate sales teams on buying group updates
Support conference setup and logistics
Conduct audits of Quill landing pages for accuracy
Work with pricing team for updates on sales collateral
Assist with launching and driving success of large buying group sales initiatives
Attend and support conferences as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating with various audiences
Good time management and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Adaptable to change and a fast-paced organization
Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Marketing experience
Strong sales process and methodology
