Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home therapy services focusing on patient assessments and functional status evaluations
Develop therapy plans in coordination with healthcare teams
Support patients in improving daily living activities
Evaluate patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs
Consult with physicians in the development of therapy plans
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license
Vehicle insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health care
Knowledge of evidence-based techniques
