Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OB/GYN for a travel nursing job in Globe, Arizona.
Registered Nurse - Obstetrics/ OB -
SHIFT: 12-hour nights+ call about 1 birth/day
Additional Information: 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE- We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of hospital.
3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply.
