Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with a variety of medical conditions
• Monitor patient status, including vital signs, lab results, and response to treatments
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatments
• Operate and maintain medical equipment
• Promote patient safety and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions
